The PreProductionTools software provides a simple, elegant way to manage job layouts.

By uploading layouts directly into the call sheet the system provides a central place for clients and crew to share content. This is the best way to distribute information as it avoids managing multiple files and emailing continuously changing information.

Drop Box

The PreProductionTools suite helps you share files for every purpose.

We call it the drop box and its name says it all. If you have something that you would like to communicate to your fellow team members then drop it into the drop box and it's available.

Uploading with PreProductionTools

We have made it as easy as possible to incorporate your files into the application. File uploads for layouts and into the drop box can be achieved by using any of the following methods:

• Browser Upload
• FTP
• VPN connection
